Cabbage Poriyal





Ingredients:

Cabbage -1/2
Onion - 1/2 chopped
Green chilly - 1 chopped
Mustard seeds - 1/2 Tbsp
Shredded Coconut- Few
Oil-3 Tbsp
Salt - 1/4 Tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take the cabbage and cut it into very small pieces..
2.Take pan and keep it in stove in low flame make sure full process doing by low flame avoiding of burning..
3.Add oil and mustard seeds,let it split..
4.Add cabbage,salt and keep on fry for 20 mins...
5.Once it's fried well then add coconut and fry it for 2 mins...
6.U can serve it now..

Note:
U feel cabbage is burning while u r frying it,add very very little bit water in it...
Don't put much salt...
