Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour-1 cup
Egg-1
Onion-1/4 chopped
Green chilly-1
Baking soda-Few
Red chilly- Little bit
Salt-Little bit
Oil-3 cups
Preparation:
1.Heat oil in pan
2.Beat egg using egg beater,add all purpose flour,baking soda,salt,red chilly,onion,green chilly(check salt n spicy)
3.After oil heated make small small bajji's,let it boil both sides
4.serve with chutney

Dal Curry
Ingredients:
Split Yellow Moong Dal - 1 n 1/2 cup
Big Onion - 1/4 chopped or Small Onion (Shallots) - 2 to 3
Tomato - 1/2 Chopped
Garlic pods - 2
Green Chilly - 1
Mustard seeds - 1/2 Tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 Tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tbsp
Curry Leaves - Few
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Butter or ghee - 1 Tbsp
Salt - Acc to taste
Preparation:
1.Wash the Dal,put it in pan,add turmeric powder,boil it for 20 mins without adding salt(If u add salt now itself it will take lot of time to boil so don't do this)
2.Check whether it's boiled then off stove,keep it side
3.Take another pan,add oil,mustard seeds wait until it split,curry leaves,Cumin seeds,chopped Onions,Tomato,Green Chilly,Garlic pods then fry it for 5 mins.
Off stove,mix these into dal,finally add ghee and salt...
4.Check the salt and Serve with steaming white rice
Note:
If u want to do this in a easy way,Take Pressure cooker,do step 3 then leave 1 whistle that solve

Prawn Curry
Ingredients:
Prawn - 1/4 kg
Onion - 3/4 Chopped
Tomato - 1 Chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
Chilly Powder - 1 Tbsp
Coriander Powder - 2 Tbsp
Garam Powder - 2 Tbsp
Salt - Acc to taste
Preparation:
Remove prawns tail and wash it with turmeric powder
1.Add oil to Pan,mustard seeds and curry leaves,then saute onion till it turns golden brown colour.
2.Add ginger garlic paste fry for a while,Add tomato and saute for 3 to 4 mins
3.Add all powders which i have mentioned in ingredients and prawn then fry for 3 minutes
4.Add salt and 2 cup of water,let it boil for 10 mins
5.When the prawn is cooked,off stove and Garnish with coriander leaves...
Duration : 30 mins
No of serve:2
Serve with:Chappathi,Paratha

Ingredients:
Chicken - 1/2 kg or 2 Leg pieces
Onion - 1/2 chopped
Tomato - 1/2 chopped
Green chilly - 1
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
Chinnamom stick - Little bit (Like or Avail)
Cloves - 2 (Like or Avail)
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tbsp
Red chilly Powder - 1/2 Tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1 Tbsp
Chicken Powder - 1 Tbsp
Briyani Powder - 3 Tbsp
Coriander Leaves - 1 cup
Rice - 2 cup
water - 3 and half cup
Salt - Acc to taste
Preparation:
1.Clean and wash chicken pieces
2.Heat pan in oil(3 Tbsp),add chinnamon stick,cloves,curry leaves,onion,ginger garlic paste fry it for some times
3.Add tomato fry it for 3 mins
4.Add all Powders which i have mentioned above ,coriander leaves ,chicken then fry for few seconds
5.off stove,put all these into pressure cooker,add salt and water then close lid, Boil until get 1 or 2 whistles
6.Tasty Chicken Briyani is ready now...

Gobi 65 or Califlower chilly
Ingredients:
Cauliflower - 1
Corn Flour-1 cup
Maida or All purpose Flour - 2 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
Curd - 2 Tbsp
Chilly Powder - 1 Tbsp
Chicken 65 or chilly chicken Powder - 1 Tbsp
Salt - Acc to taste
Oil - 6 Cup
Preparation:
1.Cut the cauliflower into small florets.Soak it in hot water for 5 mins.
2.Drain the water and let it dry
3.Take bowl,add maida,corn flour,ginger garlic paste,curd,chilly and chicken 65 powder,oil(2),salt ,1 cup water then mix it well(Don't add more water,this mix should be thick paste)
4.Heat oil in a pan,once oil heated well,take one cauliflower florets dip into mix(paste) then put into oil.Do same like this all florets into oil..
5.Fry it well,take all florets,off stove..
6.yummy gobi 65 is ready now
Paniyaram
Ingredients:
Note:
U should have paniyaram pan for preparing this else u can not do it..
To make batter:
Raw Rice - 1 cup
Urad Dal - 1/2 cup
For Fryin:
Cumin seeds - 1 Tbsp
Onion - 1 chopped
Green chilly - 1
Curry Leaves - Few
Salt - Acc to taste
Preparation:
1.Soak rice and dal separately for 3 to 4 hours.Grind them separately to a smooth paste and keep in different containers.Allow it to ferment for 10 to 12 hours.Mix both the batter together,add salt and mix well.
2.Heat oil in pan,add cumin seeds,onion,green chilly,curry leaves fry for few mins,Off stove,Put these into batter and mix it well
3.Heat Paniyaram pan and add some oil to all the moulds.Now fill the moulds with batter and prepare paniyaram by cooking on both sides.
4.U can serve with coconut chutney
Carrot Beans Poriyal
Ingredients:
Carrot - 1 cup (wash and cut it small)
Beans - 1 cup (wash and cut it small)
oil - 2 Tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 Tbsp
Curry Leaves- Few
Onion - 1/4 chopped
Green chilly - 2
Shredded Coconut - 4 Tbsp
Salt - Acc to taste
Preparation:
1.Heat pan in oil,add mustard seeds,green chilly,onion then let it fry for some times
2.Add carrot and beans,fry for 5 mins then add 1 cup water and salt,let it boil
3.Once it's boiled add coconut ,mix and fry it well that solve...
