Ingredients:
Shredded Coconut - 1 cup
Green chilly - 1
Garlic pods -3 (Like)
Channa Dal - 2 Tbsp
Salt - 1/2 Tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 Tbsp
Curry Leaves - Few
Water -1 cup
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Preparation:
1.Take Pan,Heat it for 1 min
2.In that add oil, Channa Dal,Green chilly,shredded coconut,Garlic pods and fry it for 5 mins..
3.Off stove,remove pan,let it cool
4.Grind it with salt and water.
5.Take Pan,heat it in low flame and add oil,Put mustard seeds then let it split,after add curry leaves and add grinded mix..
6.Now chutney is ready..
Serve with:
Idly,dosa,vada
