Chicken Curry


Ingredients:

Chicken - 1/2 kg (skinless n boneless)(wash and cut it)
Big Onion - 1/2 chopped
Tomato - 1/2 chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
Cinnamon Stick - Little bit
Cloves - 2
Turmeric Powder - Little bit
Red chili Powder - 1 Tbsp
Chicken Powder - 4 Tbsp
Oil - 3 Tbsp
Salt - 1/2 Tbsp
Water - 2 cup

Preparation:

1.Take Pan and heat it for 1 min in low flame
2.Add oil, Cinnamon stick,cloves leave it for 1 min in medium flame
3.Add chopped onion and fry it well until becomes golden brown,May be it will take 10 mins
4.Add ginger garlic paste and chopped tomato,fry well for 5 mins
5.Add chicken,chili power,salt,1 cup water,salt then close lid and leave it for 10 mins
6.Add another 1 cup water,chicken powder then leave it for another 10 mins
7.Now check with salt and spices then serve it...

Serve With:
Rice,Chapathi,Paratha,Chicken briyani
