Methu Vada

Ingredients:

Urad Dal - 1 cup
Rice - 1/4 cup
Onion - 1/4 chopped
whole pepper - 7 (Like)
Green chilly - 1 or 2 chopped
Curry Leaves - Few
oil - 4 cup
Baking soda - Little bit
Salt - Little bit


1.Take rice and urad dal then soak it in water up to 3 hours after grind it like thick paste by using blender
2.Take bowl,in that add grinded paste,chopped onion,chopped green chilly,milagu,baking soda,salt and just mix it then check salt
3.Take pan,heat it and add oil let it heat well in medium flame (15 mins)
4.Finally put vada mix in oil pan like small balls,let it boil well..
5.Now vada is ready to eat...

Note:
If grinded paste is not thick,just add besan flour 4 tbsp that solve and give another super taste too..
