Fish Gravy


Ingredients:

Fish - 1 kg or less (Tilapia or salmon)(wash and cut it)
Onion - 1/2 chopped
Tomato - 1 chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 Tbsp
Red chili Powder - 1 Tbsp
Coriander Powder - 2 Tbsp
Fish curry Powder - 2 to 3 Tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4
Fenugreek Powder - 1/4 Tbsp (Avail)
Tamarind water - 1/2 cup
Oil - 3 Tbsp
Salt -1 Tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take pan,Heat it for 1 min in low flame
2.In that pan,add oil,fennel seeds,onion and fry it for 5 mins until onion becomes golden brown
3.Then add ginger garlic paste,red chili powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder and fry it for 1 min
4.Take pan from stove,let it cool then grind it by adding 1 cup of water in blender
5.Take pan,add oil,chopped tomato and fry it for 5 mins until tomato become paste
6.In that Pan,add tamarind water and leave it for 5 mins then add grinded paste,fish curry powder,fenugreek powder,salt,fish,1 cup of water then close lid,leave it for 10 mins
7.when the raw smell goes and fish is cooked off the stove
8.Easy fish gravy...

Preparation Time : 15 mins
Serving People : 4
Serve with : Rice,chapathi
